On December 23, 2023, 12th Editorial Board Meeting & 60th Anniversary Seminar of Experimental Technology and Management was held in Tsinghua University. ZHENG Li, vice-president of Tsinghua University, LIU Yongqiang, head of the Curriculum and Laboratory Branch in Department of Higher Education of Ministry of Education, LIU Kexin, secretary general of Laboratory Management Branch in China Association of Higher Education and deputy director of the editorial board, WANG Yujun, chief editor and head of the Laboratory Management Branch of Tsinghua University, ZONG Junfeng, chairman of the board of Tsinghua University Press and deputy director of the editorial board, ZENG Zhi, representative of the editorial board attended the event. SHI Lei, deputy chief editor of Tsinghua University Press hosted the meeting.
ZONG Junfeng delivered a speech and pointed out that since its inception 60 years ago, Experimental Technology and Management has consistently served the teachers and researchers from laboratories of universities and research institutes from across China. The journal puts emphasis on the combination of theory and practice and devotes itself into becoming a high-level publication in the field of experimental technology and management. ZONG also congratulates on the journal’s publishing top quality papers on selected topics such as China Jinping Underground Laboratory, China Space Station Telescope, Zhurong Mars Rover, and Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Radio Telescope. He expressed the best wishes that the editorial board and the editorial team could jointly make efforts in promoting the journal to first-class status in the experimental technology and management area.
